Dear everyone in Australia and New Zealand,
This store has two shipping options, DHL Global Mail and DHL Express.
DHL Global Mail ships from Santiago to Germany with DHL Express, and from there it goes into the regular postal system to the customer. This means that it is delivered to the customer by their local postal service.
DHL Express is faster shipping (also more expensive) but the shipment is handled by DHL all the way from Santiago to the customers door.
This morning I saw this message from Deutsche Post:
This means that I as of today (until further notice) I can only ship by the more expensive (and faster) DHL Express to Australia and New Zealand.
So sorry for this, but there is nothing I can do about it. I hope this does not last very long.
