It arrived in perfect condition and way before the expected date. both parents have done the Camino twice. This made my mother happy for her birthday as it was a gift to her from my father (he asked me to get it so it wouldn't so up in their email) overall no complaints and great gift ideas for anyone who has done the Camino and wants to display their accomplishment
The tiles I ordered arrived quickly, but they were not packed very well, and one of the tiles arrived broken. I sent a picture of the broken tile to the owner, and another tile was sent via FedEx. The products and services are excellent, but the packaging could be better to avoid breakage.
The Pilgrim tiles are beautiful! Much larger than I expected and ready to hang on a wall, with firm hardware. I am thoroughly enjoying mine; I bought two others as gifts to fellow Pilgrims.
