The size S Altus atmospheric poncho will fit you if:
– you are shorter than 170 cm (5 feet 7 inches), and
– your backpack is smaller than 40 L, and
– your weight is under 70 kg (154,3 lbs)
The size M-L Altus atmospheric poncho will fit you if:
– you are between 170 cm (5 feet 7 inches) and 185 cm (6 feet 1 inch) tall,
– the size of your backpack is between 40 and 50 Liters
– your weight is between 70 kg (154,3 lbs) and 90 kg (198,4 lbs)
The size XL-XXL Altus atmospheric poncho will fit you if:
– you are taller than 185 cm (6 feet 1 inches), and
– your backpack is bigger than 50 L, and
– your weight is over 90 kg (198,4 lbs)

I’ve just finished the Portuguese Camino and had a couple of rainy days. The poncho was perfect. No leaks, lots of room, no problems in the wind. Highly recommend.
I ordered the J30 poncho for my wife for our upcoming Camino. It only took about 10 days to be shipped from Spain to the US.

Water leak in via the seams. Especially in the front. Those small vents in the chest area do not add much value but takes water in because of the seams. Same water intrusion in the back of the neck area, and shoulder blades. In short, where there is seam there is water intrusion. I bought a water resistant spray to help seal the seams and zipper line. The spray did leave spots on the coat but I'll take that over a leaky poncho. For the price of the poncho, I Shouldn't have to add water resistant spray. The poncho failed in its no.1 task - to keep me dry.
The shipping from Spain to Maryland only took 10 days and you could track it throughout the entire way. The poncho fits great. Can’t wait to try it out on the Camino. Thank you!!

Net terug van de Camino del Northe. Paar dagen heftige regen en ik was nat tot op de huid, ondanks de poncho. Bij een licht buitje blijf je wel droog, maar als het er op aan komt dus niet. Ik heb hem achtergelaten in Santiago, ga op zoek naar een beter alternatief.
